     I have replaced an electronic power steering pump on a Mazda 5 2.3 L, and now I have a B2477-FF(module configuration failure) code stored in the computer. I have read how to configure new power steering pump on the service information and cannot find the information on my MaxiSYS Pro scan tool. I would like to know how to reconfigure a new electronic power steering pump for this vehicle.

      If Maxisys can't do it buy a short term subscrition from manufacturer and do a programmable module instalation with your Maxiflash Pro and a laptop computer. Mazda used to be done through Ford before I believe, now they are separate, you might have to use FMP flash software from Ford as Mazda website says only PCM calibrations are available.

     J Getz, is right do by online manufacture website. Please be attention that for different areas in the world, they have different websites.
